Take your time — but completing this by end of week one sets you up for success. Your onboarding buddy is your first point of contact for any questions not answered here.

How We Work

We run two-week sprints. Planning happens every other Monday at 10am. Daily standups are async — post your update in #standup before noon. We use Linear for task tracking, Notion for documentation, and Loom for async video. Our guiding principle: write it down so others don't have to ask. If something isn't documented, it doesn't exist.
